Whilst I received a full refund the quality of the shoes sent to me was very poor. I ordered two pairs of the same make, just different sizes. One pair came in a large brown box, with very little tissue paper. The leather upper was coming away from the sole. It was clear from looking at the sole someone had worn these 'outside' that there were small stones and hair trapped in the tread.
