I was a bit disappointed that the boots seemed to have been worn. I realise that returned items have to be resold but the first pair were very creased and the second pair (in a smaller size) arrived without a box and even had a mark on them. As they were Gabor boots and not cheap I was quite suprised. Wish I’d taken photos so I could add it to this review.
They obviously had not been checked prior to being shipped.
