Ordered shoes on line for collection at shop.Received message to confirm shoes to be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail!!!
However,after a couple of phone calls,it turned out that they were delivered to shop.unfortunately they were a little tight so could not buy.
Charles Clinkard sell a good range and prices are generally competitive but their customer service and communications need improvement.
