I’ve had two pairs of trainers ent to me and both were incorrect sizes.
I’ve had to now drive twice to the post office to return these trainers. We live in rural Shropshire so it’s 3 miles to nearest post office. I’ve not been happy with the repost se to my email about this matter. The person simply hasn’t replied to me. I was hoping for some reimbursement for this cost of travel as I’ve had to do it 2 times.
Could somebody get in touch with me please.
I’ve now sent the second incorrect pair back to you and I’m awaiting a refund which apparently I was told would happen as soon as I prove postage - but nobody has replied to that email.
I think it is poor that you lost size 11 Skechers when you don’t even stock them and send out a 10.5 and 11.5 and just think that they will do!? Maybe it was a mistake both times but I shouldn’t have to pay for your mistakes .
