The reason I’m only giving one star is because when I received my shoes it was obvious that these were someone else’s returns. It appears their quality control failed on this occasion. When I contacted Charles Clinkard with photographs to point this out, there was no acknowledgement. I appreciate people do return goods but I would expect them to be checked and repackaged before selling to another customer
