The website and range of products is good. Unfortunately, the returns process is not good - only 2 options: Collect Plus or Royal Mail - no QR code option for "print in store" option if you don't have a printer. Although the Collect plus was a reasonable standard fee - I was unable to use this and so had to use the royal mail who charged £10!! based on size and weight of package it had to go via Parcel Force. Please can you look at using a returns portal that offers Evri and other providers with standardised returns printerless options. I won't shop with you again purely because of the cost of returns.
