Ordering process easy and delivery was within the time stated, the bag I ordered was as described .
However the item I received came with no tags and the plastic wrapping was open .
It did feel like no care had been given to repackage the bag sent back by somebody else .
Although the bag was creased at the front it appeared otherwise clean and unused.
I liked the bag and so kept it ,even though the presentation was poor .
