Very disappointed, will never order online from them ever again! My wife ordered matching shoes and bag worth £150, when they arrived the quality of finish in the shoes wasn't up to standard so we sent both items back .... it cost us £9 to return them through the Post Office in order to track and insure delivery! Most online business, the return is free..... it's Clinkards policy that customer pays, not worth the risk in my view
