Beware Refund Proces:
Ordered online. Returned to my local shop. Got return receipt. 3 weeks later no refund. Called shop. They apologised for “internal error” but said it happens often. They paid the next day. If I hadn’t called the shop I think I’d have missed out on my return. Feels like sharp practice to me. The roll has generated a return receipt. The credit repayment should be immediate and should be reconciled.
