Firstly my order consisted of a bag which was incorrectly priced plus had a glue mark on it. More worrying was being sent completely the wrong pair of shoes in a correctly relabelled box. Contacted Charles Clinkard who promptly altered incorrect pricing and issued free return authorisation. Only for the bag to arrrive on its own with no shoes, so another phone call. Shoes duly arrived a few days later and were incorrect style again as before. The company is now searching for the correct shoes but I am not holding my breath. Very poor experience adding to the stress of preparing for our son's wedding.
