Very disappointed in the fact that you sent out less than perfect boots which were for a Christmas Present. Why on earth would a company that prides itself on longevity and Customer Service allow anyone to send out less than perfect products? Had someone brought those to me in a shop I would have said no thank you they are damaged so why do you allow staff to post them out?
I have had an email saying I am being refunded in full which I stated in a phone call I expected. Would make me think seriously about whether or not I would order from your company ever again in the future.
