We paid extra for next day delivery. Next day should mean you get the order the following day. Especially true these days when DPD and the like do exactly that- even on a Sunday.
I suppose we should have guessed it was never going to be achieved when they opt for Royal Mail , despite knowing of the strikes and backlogs. Please use DPD if you want good reviews
