I returned my Gabor boots which were too small and had to pay £8.95 return postage. To ensure the cost if lost in transit was covered. I complained about this cost via their email which promised a response within 48 hours. I have not yet had a response. I also spoke to customer care and still have not received a response. I would not recommend using this website for purchasing footwear as it is unreasonable to expect customers to pay £8.95 if they are not a good fit.
