I bought Gabor Jenkins boot black size 5.5, it came without the box, apparently the box was damaged !! But size 5.5 is still available to purchase!! They didn’t even pack it in another box !! Just placed it in some flimsy waxed tissue !! Not even the Gabor packing !! With no packing inside the boots either !! When I complained thry said sorry the original box was damaged!! What like on every size 5.5 !! I don’t think so !! I want the box !! So they say I now have to go to my local store to collect a box !! At my insistence they eventually agreed to refund my travel costs !! I will never shop with Clinkards again !! I expected much better customer service !! Very dissatisfied & disappointed !!
