Rude and poor customer service at the Newbury store - arrived at 5.05pm (published closing time is 5.30pm) and was informed that there are no children's fittings after 5pm despite no one else waiting. There was no apology nor acknowledgement that the website does not say this. Fortunately Clarks were more helpful!
