Bought sandals, July 2021. Already broke. The thong between toes has come apart. Spoke to Customer Service who informed me that their return policy of 365 days, was only for shoes that were unworn. Ridiculous! Only wore them for 3 months as they are summer sandals. Returns policy is not a guarantee. Won’t make that mistake again.
