ONE MONTH TO DELIVER
I ordered a ring for an 18th birthday gift, arrived almost a month after the event.
The ring details/order didn't request size so assumption was made that it was "Free Size". After back and forth emails, it was eventually agreed that you would be able to supply in second choice of size. Assumed delivery would then be made, would now be arriving a few days after the birthday. When spoke with the recipient it was found not to have arrived. Follow up resulted in delivery being made 1 month after the order was placed.
