Very easy to order although there were problems with Chapelle's suuplier getting jewellery in, so in my case it was delayed and then on top of that, arrived damaged in an unsellable condition. This is not Chapelle's fault I hasten to add, who kept me informed throughout with good customer service. The order was actually a birthday present which got here a bit late but the recipient is very pleased now she has finally received it!
