I wanted to buy a ring for my daughter, the shop had a very limited range of sizes which was very disappointing however the member of staff, Jan, at the McArthur Glen shop at Bridgend was very helpful and gave us the online order details and product code. I placed an on-line order and paid extra for 24 hr delivery. The ring wise was showing in stock and the order was placed around 10.30am, so after reading the delivery blurb I expected an email to confirm 24hr delivery. I recieved emails confirming order and was told I would recieve an email when item had been dispatched. I didn't receive any further notification. I emailed at 18.44 that evening asking if there was an update/problem. I recieved an email the next morning 'resending' the delivery email. The item was delivered later that day. Overall, I was eventually satisfied with the on-line service but would have preferred the dispatch email be sent initially rather than me have to contact again and it be 'resent'.
