If you live in N.Ireland, don’t expect the next day delivery service to be upheld on their end. They will let you choose and pay fot it and then pardon themselves on the failure because of a list of postcodes in their delivery policy that it is NOT available to (available elsewhere on the website)
Deirdre from customer services was of unhelpful today. Simply highlighted that Chain Reaction are happy to take customers money for a delivery service level that could NOT be provided and offered no understanding for the concern raised or a solution to the issue.
