Placed my order and then was dubious after reading some of the reviews, paid for next day delivery and unfortunately the delivery company never arrived on the planned day - thought the worse but the office staff on the end of the email replied to every enquiry and we're helpful - by luck the delivery van arrived on the Monday after the weekend as I got back from work and my order arrived. The Primed skirting board appears to be of satisfactory standard and at a good value. My experience with this company in the end was a good one and they've offered to refund the delivery costs due to the next day delivery not being met
