Skirting and architrave were good value until I had to pay £90 delivery to get it before Christmas, even though I was willing to wait the 5 working days for delivery that were still available.
Also, I phoned immediately after I placed the order to ask for two lengths to be rebated (my fault I know) and was assured that this would happen, upon delivery it had not, most annoying.
I appreciate that they were busy, but I feel as though they do not have that 'customer touch' necessary when someone (non-trade) is spending £600
