I was getting treatment by Maria and to be fair she did initially seem really nice and I thought I was in good hands however it couldn’t be far from the truth. I now realise it was all about being sweet to my face and taking my money, it took her nearly 12 sessions to sort out my lower back pain but other chiropractors can sort this out in a couple of sessions, every session she was putting laser into my back just so you know laser treatment costs more money and whether it was really needed I don’t think so, I was basically being overcharged. On top of everything she gave me a new upper back injury and then tried to deny it, no apology offered, no remorse of action and after it happened she gave me a free session to take a look at it but since time passed it got worse and despite taking so much of my money she didn’t want to treat me because patient care and loyalty is not high on their list of priorities, when I tried to call them to get help from them, my response was met by her husband Roy the receptionist who was obnoxiously rude and am now in process of making a complaint to the general chiropractic council against them for unethical conduct and abusing patient care and trust and i am also seeking legal advice.
