Amazing service from start to finish. All my questions were answered without me even having to ask them. Very caring and understanding at a time when distressed and confused. They really put me at ease. Can't fault them at all. The planting of the tree is a beautiful touch. Ashes were returned quickly and handled with great care. Can't thank them enough.
