From the time dad & i phoned creations of life to arrange a policy, the staff were kind, conciderate & patient. When dad passed, creations of life provided comfort in mine & my families loss. The staff kept me informed on when they were going to collect my dad from hospital & when the cremation was to be held & at what time. This was done with great respect for my dad & for us his family. Staff also informed me when dads ashes including the small viles with dads ashes would be returned to me. On the day dads ashes came home the delivery was done with so much respect, dignity & kindness. The viles were in a beautiful velvet wallet & dads ashes were in a beautiful box with a woodland seen all around it. I even recieved a copy of the tree planted in dads honour through the woodland trust, which i will treasure forever. I cannot thank everyone at creations of life for their kindness, decorrum & compassion they showed me my family & especially my dad. I would & have sung their praises to quite a few people & will continue to do so. Thank you again for an amazing service.
