Throughout my dealings with them from beginning to end, C of L combined professionalism and efficiency with friendliness, courtesy, sympathy and support. At all times, night and day, they were available on the telephone for help, guidance and information. I dealt mainly with Shona Nodwell; she was absolutely first class. She assisted and supported me when I was experiencing a particularly difficult situation. The return of my wife's ashes was carried out just as promised and with care and courtesy. I have nothing but praise for Cof L; they are highly recommended.
