I ordered a 4 channel NVR and 3 cameras. On arrival the NVR wasnt quite as described on the website. A quick phone call to CCTV Empire and the matter was resolved. It did mean a replacement/alternative NVR and a refund for the original one sent but it was all resolved very quickly. The description on the website was updated. I would use them again.
