Most of it arrived. One product missing and nothing from yourselves to say it was out of stock. I had to contact you to see what had happened and only then was I told about that it was not currently available. That's fine but your confirmation that arrived only hours before delivery confirmed all products would be there and there was no real apology for the omission. Pity as all seemed to be going so well
