the website was down for days so couldn't order online however ordering through the phone was a delightful and easy experience. the lady was extremely helpful and my order arrived on time too. what could go wrong? order arrived, bulbs missing, parts missing...don't like to play the blame game as I appreciate mistakes can happen. just wish there was a quality process in place ensuring my order had everything included from the outset.
