well packaged, arrived on time. Elstead lighting Alton product did have some damage to the wall mounting bracket, bent at one edge, the finish between the light arm and round wall mount could have been neater and there was a nick of damage in side of round wall mount. Instructions could have been clearer regarding fitting and adjusting to wall and there were excessive left over parts. However they look goo don wall and do as intended.
