We wanted to use the plug in the back of our 4x4 to increase the number of sockets in the front so that we can run an extra GPS as well as cameras etc. It was really difficult to find a solution with more than 1 metre of cabling but this fits the bill perfectly. We have flattened out the coiled cable to run it along the seat edges and so far so good, it works with one item. We haven't tried running more than one at a time but we don't anticipate a problem. The product itself is a no nonsense design but that is fine as none needs to see it.
