I needed a kitchen printer and ordered one but what I haven’t realised that our network was not able to connect with the printer. I contacted with customer service Via chat,we chat for hours to diagnose the issue and they were extremely helpful . I sent back the printer backed again to the warehouse. They uploaded the network and they sent back to me free of charge, and now I just connected the printer and it works perfectly Happy days 🎊. Less than two minutes I connected ,they were kind and thoughtful enough to send me a note inside an envelope to follow the instructions they made everything so simple and easy.
