Confusing delivery details on the website, which said next day delivery- it turned out this was only for toner cartridges, not ink.
Then it turned out my order would take 4 to 7 working days to arrive. And the company ship from a warehouse in Switzerland! This is not mentioned anywhere on the website - misleading as when you order from a UK company you assume your order will be shipped from a UK address.
Won't be using this company again.
