I had a problem with a faulty ink cartridge, so contacted Cartridge Shop via email early in the morning. I had not expected to hear from them for a couple of days, but was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Simon H by lunch time with news of a replacement cartridge on its way at no extra cost.
