With the best will in the world things will sometimes go wrong and it's what a company does then that is the main thing. In this case a quick and very helpful response from Marianne who arranged to send out a replacement for a cartridge that didn't work perfectly after being stored for a year. I cannot rate this company, and Marianne in particular, highly enough!
