I'm so happy with this company. I ordered some ink and hoped to receive it quickly. Despite the delivery company saying it had arrived I didn't receive my parcel. I contacted them and within 2 days I had another parcel delivered. When my original parcel finally arrived I contacted Cartridge People again and spoke to a lovely lady called Gemma who was able to send me an invoice for the second parcel with a 10% discount. I would thoroughly recommend them for speed of delivery and resolving of problems.
