I have had long standing confidence with Cartridge people and in fact bought my terrific brother lazer printer from them.
Recently I bought 3 replacement lazer colour cartridges , regrettably the first one that needed installation didn't work despite the great support I received by phone from Marianne.
She very promptly despatched a new cartridge from me which worked perfectly.
Unsure about other colours I have now, perhaps they need to be replaced too.?
I don't doubt PC will assist.
