Your helpful Customer Representative, Chris, very quickly investigated, as to where the (still) missing ink cartridge order is….now presumed lost in transit.
He kindly resent a cartridge (awaited) and kept me updated- good work all round.
I should add we have used CP for several years and this is the first ‘no show’ but I am glad we should shortly receive a cartridge- much needed.
