An order was recently placed for a black and a yellow ink cartridge for my HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One printer. The black cartridge works ok but the yellow one cannont be recognised by my device. I have sent you a request for advice but nothing has come back. I have carried out the cleaning procedures suggested but to no avail. This is not the first time I have had trouble with your replacement cartridges!! Would you like to give some sort of response!
