Samsung CLX 6260FW Laser. They genuinely try to help. I bought a fuser unit for my printer but the small 3 pin plug was different too the original. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was unable to explain why they were different so I soldered the original plug onto the new fuser unit and all was good.
