The car buying experience at Peter Vardy and other dealers is not a good one.. What is all the delay and pantomime about , getting prices/deal drawn up, sales person wandering around the car store, referring to manager/ trade in person.... Keeping you waiting for 2 hours . It would be so much better if you were dealt with efficiently rather than feeling like you were being worn down to agree to a deal that you really were not happy with. Eventually left the store as not happy with trade in. To be contacted next day to finally get an agreement. The salesman knew my husband expressed interest in another car and if we had not felt like we were being played, we could well have bought two cars instead of one - now my husband has no intention of tolerating that treatment from any dealer. If Peter Vardy woke up to how some customers react to being treated this way they could well get more sales, its not just myself and husband who feel this way having spoken with friends on many occasions. Finally, what on earth is the new admin fee, which is something that never existed when my husband bought a car four years ago - another scheme to squeeze more money out of customers or remove to let you feel that you have got a bargain!
