I thought the car Store experience was good up until the Handover Team took over. I expected that the Salesman would be in attendance and that someone would go over the important details on instrumentation and controls prior to driving the car. This would have avoided me returning the next day to be told that the car specification did not include retractable wing mirrors which surprised me considering the car was not a Base model specification. Handover should be improved to match the rest of the experience. I was regrettably left with the feeling that once the car has been paid for the company ceases to care for the Customer.
