Very easy ordering, however as so many options to check off, it took a little longer. The delivery states 3 stages, from ordered taken. The delivery, about 3-5 working days which is acceptable. I did end up emailing the customer service about the extended time taken and was advised that it was taking a while longer due to a busy period. A shame that I wasn’t emailed to advise of a longer delivery time. The mats when they arrived were good for the price paid. They could have been a couple of centimetres bigger in places but the shape certainly fits well. Nice to use an English based company. Would probably use again.
