The courier contacted me stating they had my custom mats and then nothing else, so I had to contact Car Mars 4 U myself, only to be informed they had material out of stock, so they hadn’t even been made at that point?
Personally, I would have preferred the company to contact me with this information and not down to me to contact them? Not good!
