It's how people behave when things go wrong which makes all the difference. And full marks to this team for the way they handled my particular order. The mats themselves look great by the way... I ordered a pretty basic customised set based on the fact I've never used this company before and wanted to test the water first. As you can see by the pics, perfect fit.
