Bought these for my new car as although I have carpet mats, live in the Yorkshire Dales so lots of mud and rain! Had to wait longer than expected for delivery as I think there was some production problem but every query from me was met with an immediate, reassuring response. Mats finally arrived after not too much time really and they are fabulous. Perfect fit for the car.
