the engineer called to say he was 5 mins away but didn't call when he was on site, i called him after another 10 min wait to confirm he had arrived. I wasn't at my car because it was dark.
There had been a miscommunication as he thought i had the spare entry key for the car. He seemed annoyed at that and just generally wasn't talkative or felt approachable.
