They (Lawrence our engineer) was super patient and excellent in resetting our Ghost alarm as well as answering and clearly responding to a number of questions we had in a practical non tech way..
He also made sure everything was working both on my wife’s and my app as he wanted to make sure (without prompting) all in good order. Before we left.
Truly excellent customer service/based on my experience to date, I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend their services…
