Attended refresher moving and handling training-poor training delivery, trainer did not appear to be following any lesson plan, and consequently did not deliver on objectives.
Was told to just have "play" with equipment and let the trainer know if we needed any help
At one point we were showing the trainer how to apply M&H skills
All that aside the trainer was very pleasant and friendly
