I appreciate the genuine reviews here, my situation was not helped but rather made worse maybe I was just not lucky. I just can’t explain into detail the promises that were made to me and the final outcome caused me to even pay more to get my self assessment done and that was the only thing left to get my issue resolved but it turned out the complete opposite. I could have used the money paid for the SA to pay part of the money owed which was £800. I’m very hurt and disappointed for the time wasted what it has caused me.
